Job description:
As an intermediary you bring job seekers and employers together and look at the mutual wishes and possibilities. You maintain contacts with existing relationships and ensure the acquisition of new customers “employers” and temporary workers “job seekers”. In addition, you act as the first point of contact for both customers and temporary workers.
Tasks:
- Acquiring new customers “employers”;
- Looking for suitable candidates through various recruitment channels;
- Making the best possible match between candidates and vacancies;
- Maintaining contact with new and existing customers;
- Serving as a point of contact and source of information for customers, temporary workers and colleagues;
- Administration of the agreements with customers;
- Keeping track of the personnel administration;
- Keeping track of the career of the temporary workers.
Job requirements:
- A completed HBO education, preferably Human Resource Management;
- Experience in recruitment is a plus;
- Knowledge of Surinamese labor law;
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in Dutch and English;
- MS Office skills.
